All orders are C.O.D. unless prior credit has been approved. We do accept Master Card and Visa for C.O.D. orders or a bank approved check. Once credit has been established, our terms are Net 30 days from invoice date. Orders will not be shipped to accounts with past due balances.

Minimum
Order: |
All orders are subject to a minimum invoice amount of $25.00.

| Returns: |
Orders that require special fabrication and are not a stocked item by the factory or Bush, may not be returned for credit. All returns must be approved from Bush and accompanied by a return material authorization (RMA#). All returns will be subject to a handling and or restocking charge of a minimum of 20%.

| Warranty: |
Bush will only extend to the purchaser the manufacturer's warranty and all applicable operation and maintenance manuals upon request.
|
| Freight: |
Orders are shipped by either our trucks within a 100-mile radius meeting a minimum of $150.00 for free delivery or F.O.B. our warehouse or factory. All claims must be made within 24 hours from receipt of material. Any claims for F.O.B. shipments must be made against the carrier. Responsibility is assumed by the receiver for inspection of the shipment for visible damage and for shortages and requiring the carrier to document all discrepancies on the bill of lading.
